Comasco's History
Comasco – since 1963
Back in 1963, the year Comasco was founded, the operation took place in a small room in EL AL bulding in Tel Aviv.
In those days TEREX was the first brand we imported – dump trucks, wheel loaders, scrapers and dozers.
At that time we were still a Blackwood-Hodge UK branch in Israel.
In 1966 Blackwood-Hodge Israel (Comasco) became dealers for JCB. One year later, Comasco opened its first showroom In Petah-Tikva.
Haim Danon joined as a sales manager in 1970.
Balackwood-Hodge Israel changed its name in 1975 and became Comasco Israel Ltd.
Haim Danon was appointed Comasco’s CEO in 1982.
Danon purchased 100% of Comasco’s shares in 1993 from Blackwood-Hodge. In this same year the new Garage in Petah-Tikva was launched.
Eran Danon joins as a general sales manager in 1994.
In June 2003 Camasco moves to its new premises in Tzur Igal. An advanced and innovative logistic center for machinery and engineering equipment.
In 2017 Haim Danon became the chairman and Eran Danon appointed CEO.

Opening The First Logistic Center
Opening the first logistic center in Kiryat-Arye, Petah-Tikva. Since its inception, Blackwood-Hodge Israel represented Potain (tower cranes) and Terex (crushers and screeners).

Balackwood-Hodge Israel changed its name to Comasco Israel
Haim Danon is the new CEO
